Neil decides to allow Arun back into G-wing knowing that she won't survive in a man's prison, only to have it end in a bloody fight between Natalie and Pat. The women learn that Natalie's dead body has clogged the prison drains. Sylvia tries to make amends with a Christmas tree, bottles of wine and family visits.

Catherine Earlham, a celebrity designer, arrives at Larkhall for embezzlement. Janine learns that she is pregnant with Donny's baby. Joy wants to redesign G-wing with Catherine's help. Darlene's disappointment over Catherine's sudden release, results in a dangerous situation.

Joy is back at Larkhall and wants Lou out. Julie S. asks Rowan to help her beat her cancer after seeing a photo of her granddaughter. Bev and Phyl decide to blackmail Vicky for more pills. Donny takes Janine to visit her mother's grave resulting in a potential escape plan.

Tina suffers from a guilty conscious as she is shipped back to Larkhall. Lou believes that Rowan is lying about being married. Pat and the Julies search for a way to dispose of Natalie's body. Donny wants to slow things down with Janine.

Everyone rejoices as the news of Natalie's escape is reported. Pat tries to move Natalie's body without getting caught. Tina panics when the judge grants her release knowing she won't survive on the outside. Sylvia accepts a date with a man from her dance class.

Lou cares for Vicky after her suicide attempt. David learns of his mother's cancer on his wedding day. Phyl and Bev begin eating alcoholic fruit which they reluctantly share with Joy. Pat's plan against Natalie proves to be successful.
