Charlene manages to find Truck Stop dancers she can work with and Davonee finally comes clean to her bosses that she's in Miami. Charlene meets with a local promoter who's not pleased with the way she's doing business.

Charlene breaks the news to Alex & Davonee that she's lost the event, which leads to Davonee & Charlene getting into a fight that leaves them battling in the streets. Alex forces Char to take a look at her life and why she came to Miami.

With a renewed sense of purpose, Char manages to convince Linda and Michelle to give her the event back, but her entire future with the company rests on its success. With Davonee's help, Charlene fights to make her bosses proud.
