1) Eligibility: The LOGOmotion Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States including the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors (and their immediate families and those living in their same household) of MTV Networks, ("MTVN"), Viacom International, Inc. ("Viacom"), Marden-Kane, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize providers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising, promotion and production agencies are not eligible to participate or win. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and where restricted or prohibited by law. The laws of the United States govern this sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2) How to Enter: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 9, 2006 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 8, 2006 (the "Entry Period".) There are two (2) ways to enter: 1) Go to www.logoonline.com, complete the online entry form and submit as instructed. Entrants must complete entire form (all required fields) and successfully submit entry during the Entry Period for entry to be included in drawing. 2) While supplies last, complete an Official Mail-In Entry Form at participating local Logo summer events from June 9, 2006 – August 8, 2006. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 11, 2006 and received by August 18, 2006. All mail-in entries must be hand printed. Illegible, incomplete, photocopied, printed by machine or otherwise mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Limit one entry per person, per valid email address. Any subsequent entries by the same person will be void. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be referred to hereafter as the "Eligible Entries". There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) First Prize winner, five (5) Second Prize winners, and twenty five (25) Third Prize winners selected from all Eligible Entries received. All entries become the property of MTVN. MTVN, Marden-Kane, and any Internet access providers, their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies and each of the foregoing entities’ respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible entries or postage due entries and/or mail, incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, or software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware and software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur. No responsibility is assumed for entrant information that is incomplete or incorrectly entered. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules. Participants who submit inaccurate entry data and/or exceed the entry limits may be excluded from participation at any time during the promotion. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and consent to use of their names and/or photographs for advertising or publicity purposes by MTVN and their designees in any and all media without further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

3) Prize Drawing: A random drawing to select potential winners will be conducted on or about August 22, 2006. Drawing will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc. (Administrator), an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final. Potential Grand, First, and Second Prize winners will be contacted by mail and may be required to sign, have notarized and return to Marden-Kane an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability, federal and state tax release, and where legal, a publicity release, within fourteen (14) days of issuance of notification. Failure to complete and return documents in the time noted, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries and notified. Odds of winning are subject to the total number of eligible entries received.

4) Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two to Barcelona, Spain. Prize includes round-trip airfare, 4-days/3-nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations at a three-star hotel, a laptop computer, a video iPod, and Noah's Arc Season 1 DVD set. ARV: $5,085. One (1) First Prize: A video iPod, a portable DVD player, and Noah's Arc Season 1 DVD set. ARV: $785. Five (5) Second Prizes: A video iPod. ARV: $400 each. Twenty-Five (25) Third Prizes: Logo "swag" pack (including t-shirt, notebook, pen, and dog leash) ARV: $40 each. The total ARV of this sweepstakes is: $12,020. The actual approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on the current market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. The actual retail value of trip is dependent upon location of winner’s residence and dates of travel. The tentative date for all prize fulfillment is September 12, 2006 and is subject to change at MTVN’s sole discretion. Travel subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and provide documents suitable for travel. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flier miles. Certain blackout dates, travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. All details of prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by Sponsor at time of award. All taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages, gratuities and any other expenses not explicitly specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Any and all guarantees and warranties for merchandise prizes is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitution allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability.

5) Limitations of Liability: Each participant agrees (i) to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the MTVN and judges which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and (ii) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims or liability in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize including, without limitation, any activity related thereto.

6) General Conditions: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should this Sweepstakes be terminated, Sponsor reserve the right to select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer system, server, service providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by MTVN on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7) Who Won? For the names of the winners, available after August 30, 2006, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Marden-Kane, Inc., Attn: KB Logo, 36 Maple Place, Manhasset, NY 11030. Requests received after October 30, 2006 will not be honored.
