The new trailer for the Menendez: Blood Brothers Lifetime movie is here and it’s just as dark and dramatic as you would expect.

The new feature from World of Wonder tells the story of the infamous Menendez brothers and the events that led them to kill their parents in 1989 and their following court trial that captured the nation's attention.

The previous preview gave viewers a look at Nico Tortorella as Lyle Menendez and Courtney Love as his mother, Kitty. Myko Olivier also co-stars as Lyle’s brother, Erik.

"Dad said he would kill me if I told anybody," Erik says in the trailer. But the two brothers realize that their mother is just as bad as their father: "She's our mother, she's supposed to protect us."

Now the new trailer shows what happens when Erik and Lyle are pushed to murder their parents and the courtroom drama that followed.

Will this be another Mother, May I Sleep With Danger? or is Lifetime going the serious route with their latest offering? See for yourself when the movie airs June 11 on the cable net.
