Jackie Chan's Daughter Comes Out As A Lesbian

Ng lives in Hong Kong with her girlfriend, social-media influencer Andi Autumn.

Jackie Chan's daughter, Etta Ng, has come out as a lesbian on social media.

In an Instagram post from yesterday, the action star's 18-year-old daughter shared a photo of herself against a rainbow background with the caption, "In case no one got the memo, I'm gay." She later deleted the text and replaced it with hashtags including #lesbian and #lgbtqai.

At about the same time, social media influencer Andi Autumn, who lives with Ng in Hong Kong, posted an Instagram confirming the two were a couple.

"I've never met anyone like [Etta ]. She has given me a chance to fully express the running thoughts in my head. No judgments, just understanding," wrote Autumn, 30. "We've encountered a lot of discrimination from family, friends and the Hong Kong society. But none of it matters when I know every morning [you're] going to be next to me."

Ng, daughter of Hong Kong actress and beauty queen Elaine Ng, has said she is not in contact with the Rush Hour star, who has "never been in my life."

Hong Kong decriminalized consensual same-sex relationships in 1991, but LGBT people still face discrimination. While many of the comments on Ng's post were positive, one user told her "You are an embarrassment to your father."
