Sia Shines Like A "Rainbow" In A Gorgeous Song From The "My Little Pony: The Movie" Soundtrack

Maddie Zeigler returns for another Sia tearjerker.

Sia has a role in the new My Little Pony: The Movie out October 6, and it's pretty fitting: As Songbird Serenade, she's Equestria's resident pop star pony, complete with a half-blonde/half-black mop with bangs. According to the official MLP:TM site, Songbird sings to "celebrate the magic of friendship."

"What really makes Songbird so beloved is her deep belief in the values about which she sings. She donates her time and effort to any cause, and is always willing to give back to her adoring fans."

And now there's a video for "Rainbow," one of two Sia contributions to the film's soundtrack. The clip has scenes from the movie, as well as Sia's go-to dancer, Maddie Zeigler, with some gorgeous choreography.

In typical Sia fashion, "Rainbow" is an uplifting anthem.

I can see a rainbow

In your tears as they fall on down

I can see your soul grow

Through the pain as they hit the ground

I can see a rainbow

In your tears as the sun comes out

As the sun comes out
