Joel Kim Booster is going from the Pines Pantry to the Bake Off tent.

The Fire Island and Loot star is ready to show off his whisking skills as one of the contestants on The Great American Baking Show: Celebrity Holiday. The upcoming Roku Channel original is the stateside version of Celebrity Bake Off, the star-studded edition of The Great British Bake Off, which has previously featured beloved U.K. stars like James McAvoy, Russell Tovey, and Tan France.

In a new preview for The Great American Baking Show: Celebrity Holiday we see co-hosts Ellie Kemper and Zach Cherry, as well as Bake Off Judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, welcome six celebrity bakers to the tent: Chloe Fineman, Nat Faxon, D’Arcy Carden, Liza Koshy, Marshawn Lynch, and Booster as they try to whisk and flambé their way to the coveted cake stand and some Star Baker bragging rights.

What's fun about Celebrity Bake Off is that the stars aren't professional bakers and are usually not even amateur bakers, so viewers tune in for some comedic chaos — and that looks especially true for the Fire Island star who in addition to making some sloppy cakes, almost shows some cake when he rips his trousers:

"My pants just split," Booster announces in the middle of his baking frenzy. Remember to avoid those soggy bottoms!
