A new lawsuit claims out director Bryan Singer raped a 17-year-old boy aboard a yacht in Seattle in 2003.

Cesar Sanchez-Guzman claims Singer offered to take him on a tour of the boat, owned by tech investor Lester Waters. When they arrived in one suite, Singer allegedly forced the teen the floor, shoved Guzman’s face against his crotch, and demanded oral sex. Singer then reportedly pulled out his penis and forced it in Guzmans mouth.

The suit also maintains Singer forcibly penetrated Guzman, now 31, and performed oral sex on him despite his protestations.

“Later, Bryan Singer approached Cesar and told him that he was a producer in Hollywood and that he could help Cesar get into acting as long as Cesar never said anything about the incident,” according to the lawsuit, filed on Thursday. “He then told Cesar that no one would believe him if he ever reported the incident, and that he could hire people who are capable of ruining someone’s reputation.”

A rep for the filmmaker says Singer denies the allegations, adding, “Once Bryan prevails, he will pursue his own claims for malicious prosecution.”

It's not the first time Singer has been accused of sexual assault: In 2014, Michael Egan filed suit, claiming he was forced drugs and raped by Singer and former NBC Entertainment president Garth Ancier at a Hollywood party. Guzman's attorney is the same who represented Egan, who later dropped his case.

In November, a man named Justin Smith claimed Singer made unwanted sexual advances on him at a party in 2000, when Smith was underage. Smith claimed Singer asked to see his penis and “tried to shove his finger inside me.”

Just last week, Singer was fired as director of the Freddie Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody after complaints of on-set fights and extended absences.

Singer maintained he failed to return to set after Thanksgiving because because of "pressing health matters concerning one of my parents." He says he asked Fox for leeway but, "unfortunately, the studio was unwilling to accommodate me and terminated my services. This was not my decision and it was beyond my control.”
