Caitlyn Jenner Used The Women's Room At A Trump Hotel And "Nobody Got Molested"

Turns out no one really cares what restroom she's using, or that she's even there, tbh.

Caitlyn Jenner took Donald Trump up on his offer to choose which restroom she'd like to use in one of his buildings yesterday, and posted a video chronicling her experience to Facebook.

"Last week, Donald Trump said I could take a pee anywhere in a Trump facility, so I am going to take a pee in the ladies' room," she says at the beginning of the video, before entering the Trump International Hotel & Tower in New York City.

She's referring, of course, to the answer Donald Trump gave NBC News in response to a question about North Carolina's new anti-trans bathroom law, which bars trans people from using restrooms that match their gender identity.

"[Trans people should be able to] use the bathroom that they feel is appropriate," he said during a live Town Hall event last week. Asked if he'd allow Jenner to choose which restroom she'd prefer, Trump said, "that is correct."

After she's finished using the ladies' room, Jenner exits the hotel and says, "Thank you Donald, I really appreciate it. And by the way, Ted, nobody got molested."

The dig is directed at Ted Cruz, who's suggested throughout his presidential campaign that trans women are sexual predators trying to gain access to the 'wrong' restroom.

In March, Jenner came out in support of Cruz and even suggested being his "trans ambassador." It's unclear where her political loyalties lie now, but at an E! press event last month, she said, "I never said that I endorsed Ted Cruz. I said I like him."

At Tuesday's TIME 100 Gala in Manhattan, Jenner thanked Trump for allowing her to use the restroom of her choice.

"This toast, actually started, in a bathroom. Actually, bathroom issues right now in my life seem to be in the forefront," she said during a speech. "Actually, on that issue I just want to say also – One little trans woman walking down the street had to go, I looked up and who did I see but the Trump Tower. Last week Donald Trump said I could use any bathroom I wanted in the Trump Tower. So of course I veered right in there – took care of myself."
