And the Winner of "RuPaul's Drag Race" Season 14 Is...
Major spoilers ahead for the finale of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 14.
And just like that, another chapter of Drag Race herstory has come to a close with the crowning of the RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 14 winner.
This year, the grand finale took place in Las Vegas, home of the RuPaul's Drag Race Live show spectacular. The extravaganza kicked off with the queens of Season 14 returning to sashay down the stage one last time in some seriously fierce fashion. It was then time for RuPaul's grand entrance, which came from the ceiling as he descended on a giant fan made of chocolate bars. Glinda wishes!
Before we could even get to the final five queens, Michelle Visage danced onstage to present Ru with the key to Las Vegas and proclaimed April 22 RuPaul Day. It was then time for the top five queens — Angeria Paris VanMicheals, Bosco, Daya Betty, Lady Camden, and Willow Pill — to each lip-sync to an original number and have a chat with Ru in front of the audience.
Then everyone was treated to a performance featuring the queens from RuPaul's Drag Race Live, and a segment honoring the legendary Vegas queen, Hot Chocolate, the world's number one Tina Turner impersonator.
Season 14's final five queens returned to the stage to find out which two competitors would go head-to-head in the lip-sync smackdown for the crown. Ru revealed Lady Camden and Willow Pill would battle it out to be named America's next drag superstar. Before the final battle royalé, Season 13 winner Symone made a special appearance, introducing last year’s Miss Congeniality, LaLa Ri, who named Kornbread this season's Miss Congeniality.
Lady Camden and Willow Pill returned to the stage and performed a lip-sync to Cher's cover of "Gimme, Gimme, Gimme." They each served gag-worthy reveals and fierce moves, but after it was all over Ru crowned Willow Pill the winner of Season 14.
Condragulations, queen! And thank you for a truly sickening season!
