Amy Poehler, Carrie Brownstein Officiate Impromptu Lesbian Wedding

And it's as fun as you'd imagine.

To wake up one morning and decide to get married may be wild enough, but to then unexpectedly have Amy Poehler and Carrie Brownstein officiate the ceremony is on a whole different level of amazing.

Brownstein, currently known best as the star of Portlandia, was at a church in Pasadena to promote her new memoir, Hunger Makes Me a Modern Girl, when two fans asked if she would marry them.

Not only did the comedian agree, but she even had Amy Poehler help out by being the musical accompanist.

"All of us here are rooting for you," said Brownstein during the ceremony. "We root for the two of you to make each other feel the biggest, strongest, most special you ever felt."

And with that, Poehler broke into "Greensleeves" on the piano.
