Your Week in Beefcake: "Grimm" Brings Back Sasha Roiz's #ShirtlessRage
Once again, it's time to look back at Your Week in Beefcake, from superheroes training to soap opera princes. The week got off to a great start on Grimm with Sasha Roiz's Captain Renard having another one of his celebrated #shirtlessrage moments.
We were treated to more of Roiz later as Renard got a medical exam.
The wesen of the week was played by Mark Famiglietti. Who remembers the Dawson's Creek spin-off Young Americans?
Friday also brought the Hart of Dixie season finale, which wisely made sure to get Wilson Bethel shirtless one last time before it said goodbye (with a musical number).
Secrets & Lies got Ryan Phillippe to lose his shirt again on Sunday. It's like they know they need to distract us from the story.
William Moseley lost most of his clothes before The Royals hit its first commercial break. That wasn't the first time The Royals started that way.
And Jake Maskall extended his reign as the show's seductive schemer.
The fourth episode of The Following started with Weeds alum Hunter Parrish barechested.
That episode also got Shawn Ashmore out of his shirt.
This week's episode got Parrish to show off his torso one last time as his character went the way of so many on The Following.
Medical attention was again the excuse Tuesday's episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. used to get Henry Simmons out of his shirt.
Wednesday night Nashville returned with the sight of Oliver Hudson's chest.
It's been a while since we saw one of Stephen Amell's shirtless workouts on Arrow, but last week the drama finally brought them back.

And this week, Arrow gave Colton Haynes' nipples a chance to breathe.
Thursday's Scandal gave us more of Brian White's buff torso.
The latest Dig opened with another appearance by Jason Isaacs' chest.
Playing catchup, The Slap may have focused on some unbearable characters but the sixth episode did offer Omar Metwally shirtlessness. If Metwally looks familiar, we just saw him wearing just a towel on another Thursday night show, Dig.
That episode also started with Johnathan Tchaikovsky getting a checkup.
Last week's One Big Happy offered a peek at Nick Zano's furry chest.
Since Hulu started carrying Neighbours, the Australian soap hasn't really gotten its studly stars shirtless very often. That has changed ever since Travis Burns arrived. Lately, every day has had a scene where Burns or Scott McGregor lose some clothes.
Every day.
Let's hope it doesn't end.
Meanwhile, a series of complicated circumstances got Fabrizio Santino down to his boxers in the middle of nowhere on Hollyoaks.
The next day he was still stranded with no clothes and trying to hitchhike his way back to the village.
By Tuesday's show, he got home and promptly hopped in the shower. Thanks for that Hollyoaks.
And Thursday's episode had Ashley Taylor Dawson getting dressed.
General Hospital started the week with Jason Thompson shirtless.
In a service to the audience (or maybe just making up for all the yelling that was coming on Wednesday's show) Thompson did not get up and put on a shirt until the next day's episode.
While Days of Our Lives has delivered the drama this week, Thursday's episode also gave us some Brian Dattilo shirtlessness.
And Christopher Sean managed to make sure to we get to wrap this column on the best note possible.
That’s it for this week. Got any tips for next week’s edition? E-mail us at weekinbeefcake@outlook.com or leave a comment with the beefcake particulars below!
